What is CO-FIKA? CO-FIKA is your daily ritual sync with the NorthStarOS community — a 20–30 minute space to pause, connect, share state, and co-evolve.
Inspired by the Nordic fika tradition, it’s not a meeting — it’s a ritual pause in time to align together at the edge of meaningful tech, community, and inner work. It’s light.

🌀  Daily Format

1. ☀️ Opening Pulse – We Share (5 min)

→ Breath & tone check-in
→ One-word state from each participant
→ Hosts share latest community updates (project news, event reminders, Solari highlights)

2. 🌬️ Co-Flow Sharing (5–7 min)

→ “What’s your emotional or mental weather today?”
→ Optional: Share a prompt or a project etc

3. ✨ Co-Create Glimpse (5–10 min)

→ Present something alive or emerging:
    • A creative spark
    • A Solari prototype
    • A question or reflection
→ Bonus: screen sharing or visuals encouraged

4. 🌱 Co-Evolve Insight (5–7 min)

→ “What’s something you’re learning, feeling, or evolving through?”
→ Group resonance + open reflections

5. 🎤 Closing Echo & Coffee Mingel (3–10 min)

→ Share a closing emoji, intention, or final word
→ Optionally continue in informal mingel breakout space (voice/video or chat)
→ Async follow-up in thread for ongoing thoughts
